EHV Transmission Line Execution, Bahrain

Contractor-side construction management, 2012 to 2017. Underground cable from 66kV to 220kV in compounding delay across wayleave clearance, route approvals and material ordering.

Completed within the agreed program

Highway Interchange and Flyover Upgrade, Bahrain

Contractor-side construction management, 2017 to 2019. A 16 km upgrade in a densely serviced urban corridor, with utility strikes and suspended excavation permits.

Delayed schedule recovered, project completed within program

Multi-Site EHV Infrastructure Program, Bahrain

Consultant and engineer, program level, 2019 to 2021. Installations from 66kV to 400kV across several active sites with no consistent inspection standard.

All sites energized within the required timeframe and quality standard

Underground Distribution Cabling Programme, Nepal

Unpaid technical consultation, 2022. Distribution voltage in the Kathmandu Valley under donor-financed projects, with no structured QA/QC system.
