🔍 Exam Monitoring Disclosure

This exam uses behavioural audit logging. Your answer sequence, time per question, answer changes, and browser focus events are recorded in a tamper-evident audit log. This log is reviewed by CM Academy before issuing certificates. It cannot be used for any purpose other than exam integrity verification.

Exam Policy - CM Academy COS™ Certification

Availability: The exam is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. There are no exam windows. After receiving your Access Code, you may begin at any time.

Access Codes: Each code is single-use and tied to the purchaser's name and email. Transferring a code to another person is a breach of exam policy.

Retake Policy - Tiered waiting periods aligned with professional certification standards:

Each attempt draws a different selection from the 40-question bank, and the draw also differs between candidates. Because 30 questions are served from a bank of 40, some questions will recur between attempts; the bank is being expanded to widen the draw.

Audit Logging: All exam sessions are audit-logged. Logs record: answer sequence, time per question, answer changes, and browser focus events. Logs are reviewed by CM Academy before certificates are issued. Candidates who leave the exam window more than twice during the session will receive an examiner review note on their transcript.

Certificate Issuance: Certificates are issued by CM Academy Consulting after transcript submission and examiner log review, and no earlier than the day after your refund period ends, normally day 8. The certificate references the COS™ Methodology DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.23588775.

Programme Governance: CM Academy maintains certification outcomes and continuous improvement processes for the COS™ certification programme. Exam results are reviewed periodically to verify that assessment aligns with stated outcomes and to identify curriculum improvement needs. This is a continuous improvement requirement, not a periodic exercise.
