Availability: The exam is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. There are no exam windows. After receiving your Access Code, you may begin at any time.
Access Codes: Each code is single-use and tied to the purchaser's name and email. Transferring a code to another person is a breach of exam policy.
Retake Policy — Tiered waiting periods aligned with professional certification standards:

No questions from a previous attempt will appear in a retake. Question selection uses a different draw from the 40-question bank for each attempt tier.
Audit Logging: All exam sessions are audit-logged. Logs record: answer sequence, time per question, answer changes, and browser focus events. Logs are reviewed by CM Academy before certificates are issued. Candidates who leave the exam window more than twice during the session will receive an examiner review note on their transcript.
Certificate Issuance: Certificates are issued by CM Academy Consulting, a division of Complete Construction Management Developers Pvt. Ltd. within 2 business days of transcript submission and examiner log review. The certificate references the COS™ Methodology DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18802971.
Programme Governance: CM Academy maintains certification outcomes and continuous improvement processes for the COS™ certification programme. Exam results are reviewed periodically to verify that assessment aligns with stated outcomes and to identify curriculum improvement needs. This is a continuous improvement requirement, not a periodic exercise.
Ethics Audit: CM Academy conducts periodic ethics and capability self-audits of its credentials, services, and certification programme against CMAA Standards of Professional Practice.
