COS™ Ethics-First Principle
Every item in this register must be closed with verifiable evidence — not a declaration. A Major NCR is not closed until the corrective action has been physically inspected and documented. Compliance theatre produces paperwork that satisfies an authority but does not protect workers or assets. This register exists to protect people, not to produce reports.
