Environmental baseline, social baseline, SDG commitment register, and carbon tracking for infrastructure projects. Built on COS™ Module 4 and referenced to the GRI Universal Standards (2021, effective 2023), the TCFD recommendations, now incorporated into IFRS S2, and IFC Performance Standards 1 to 6 (2012 edition). PS7 Indigenous Peoples and PS8 Cultural Heritage are not covered and require separate specialist assessment. None of those bodies has reviewed or endorsed it. Free under CC BY 4.0.

COS™ Sustainability Principle
Sustainability is not a report produced at the end of a project. It is a commitment recorded at the beginning and tracked throughout. Every SDG target in this register must have a measurable indicator. Every carbon source must have a documented reduction measure. A sustainability baseline without measurable commitments is compliance theatre.
