A complete, field-ready compliance tracking system for infrastructure projects. How to use
1Fill in your project details at the top of the register.
2Add compliance items section by section — A through E. Use the + Add button for each section.
3Set severity (Major / Minor / Observation) and status for each item as work progresses.
4Click Save to store your progress in the browser. Export CSV to share or archive.
5A Major NCR is never closed without physical inspection and documented evidence.

How to use
1Set the traffic light indicators to reflect current governance status — Red, Amber, or Green for each of the nine governance dimensions.
2Add planned inspections using + Add Inspection. Mark Hold Points explicitly.
3When an inspection is completed, update the status. The KPI dashboard updates automatically.
4Log every incident and near-miss immediately. A near-miss recorded is a future injury prevented.
5A Hold Point breach must trigger an immediate NCR in the Compliance Register.

How to use
1Complete the Environmental Baseline before any site works begin. This is your reference point for all impact assessment.
2Complete the Social Baseline. Document community concerns from pre-construction consultations.
3Select the applicable SDGs for your project. Then add at least two measurable SDG commitments in the register.
4Add all significant emission sources. The tool calculates tCO2e automatically using your emission factors.
5Use the COS™ Score calculator to record your self-assessed composite governance score at baseline.
